Front-End Developer (Website Owner)

CTC: ₹5 LPA

Location: Thane, Mumbai

Experience: 2–4 years (adjustable)

About The Role

We are looking for a Front-End Developer (Website Owner) who takes ownership of building and maintaining simple, clear, and effective websites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys seeing their work go live, understands business needs, and focuses on usability, performance, and clarity. You will be responsible for creating and improving websites that support business and marketing goals.

What You’ll Do

Build, update, and maintain clean, responsive websites
Ensure websites are simple, clear, and easy to use
Work with designers and marketers to implement website changes
Take ownership of website structure, performance, and updates
Optimize websites for speed, usability, and basic SEO
Implement changes in HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms
Handle non-technical feedback and translate it into effective solutions
Monitor website performance and fix issues proactively
Keep websites up to date with best practices and improvements

What You’ll Need

Strong fundamentals in HTML and CSS
Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
Understanding of UX principles and basic SEO
Business awareness and ability to align websites with goals
Curiosity and discipline to keep learning new web technologies
Ability to explain technical decisions in simple terms
Experience building or editing live websites
A portfolio or examples of websites you have owned or maintained
