Mega Lifesciences is looking for an Executive – Business Development to work closely with the General Manager in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise.
Job Summary
As an Executive – Business Development, your key tasks include:
Supporting and managing in-licensing activities for pharmaceutical products across multiple international markets.
Conducting thorough due diligence, market assessments, and competitor analysis to identify and evaluate new product opportunities.
Coordinating and tracking regulatory and commercial documentation, including dossiers, agreements, and evaluations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining agreements, term sheets, and NDAs in collaboration with legal and regulatory teams.
Managing ongoing partner and alliance relationships by monitoring performance, facilitating communication, and resolving operational issues.
Preparing insightful business reports, presentations, and dashboards using advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Ensuring effective cross-functional coordination between regulatory, supply chain, and commercial teams to support timely project execution.
Qualification & Experience

Graduate degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) with a postgraduate qualification (MBA) preferred.
3–5 years of experience in Business Development, specifically in in-licensing and Alliance Management within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong exposure to in-licensing, business evaluation, and partnership management within the pharmaceutical sector.
Skills & Knowledge
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Candidates must possess sound knowledge of pharma in-licensing processes, alliance management principles, and product evaluation frameworks along with strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities. A structured, responsible, and focused individual who thrives on accuracy, accountability, and disciplined follow-through will excel in this role.
