ENGINEER - PRODUCTION

Key Responsibilities / Accountability

• Responsible for Production Activities for Standard Products.
• Optimum utilization of availabe Manufacturing resources : Man, Mthods, Machine & Materials to achieve the Sales & Profit targets.
• Guide team members to achieve their resp. KPIs and help in team development - closely monitor Safety, Timely execution of orders, Quality parameters, Man utilization , new product development & execution
• Develop Systems to monitor online yields, productivity, quality as well as inventories (physical vs system) to help maintain them on track
• Keep close tab on operating expenses, explore means to optimize through Kai zens, Low cost automation ideas
• Closely work with R&D team to define / streamline processes at the new product development stage
• Facing all the External & Internal audits
• MIS – Daily circulation of report / monthly report
• Work on continuously upgrading skills of all the team members (Supervisors as well as workmen) to build a high performance team. Development of team members
• Communicate with the Planning/ Sales team to provide updates on plan vs. actual despatches

BE - Chemical/ BE - Mechanical

Added Advantage - SAP Experience

Experience of minimum 5-9 years in Production team in Tapes/ Adhesives/Coating.

Knowledge of working in SAP environment.
