Credit Analyst

Digitide Solutions Limited is seeking a diligent Credit Analyst to join the CLM Domestic BFSI – Manpower Back Office department. The analyst will evaluate borrower creditworthiness, prepare risk assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while collaborating with internal teams to streamline loan processing and maintain high data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Review financial statements, credit reports, and other documentation to evaluate borrower creditworthiness.
• Perform quantitative analysis using credit scoring models and risk metrics.
• Prepare detailed credit assessment reports and present findings to senior analysts and managers.
• Monitor existing loan portfolios for early warning signals and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and KYC/AML standards.
• Collaborate with Customer Care Executives to gather additional client information and resolve data discrepancies.
• Support the back‑office team in processing loan applications and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in the CLM system and update credit files regularly.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance credit assessment processes.
• Provide training and guidance to junior analysts on credit analysis techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in credit analysis, banking, or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and credit risk software.
• Knowledge of BFSI regulations, KYC, AML, and CLM processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and assess cash flow.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in using CRM/Back‑office tools and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
