Location: Thane, Mumbai

Experience: 2–4 years (adjustable)

About The Role

We are looking for a Content Writer (Non-Tech Translator) who enjoys explaining things simply and helping people understand complex ideas without jargon. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, patient, and focused on clarity. You will translate technical or complex concepts into easy-to-understand content for founders, business owners, and non-technical audiences.

What You’ll Do

• Write clear, simple, and useful content for non-technical audiences
• Create blogs, LinkedIn posts, case studies, and marketing content
• Translate technical or complex topics into plain, relatable language
• Research topics thoroughly before writing
• Focus on real founder and SMB pain points in all content
• Avoid unnecessary jargon and keep language accessible
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams for context
• Edit and refine content based on feedback
• Use AI tools to improve writing quality, structure, and speed
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Strong ability to explain ideas simply and clearly
• Excellent written communication skills
• Comfort writing for founders, business owners, and non-technical readers
• Curiosity and patience to learn unfamiliar topics before writing
• Preference for simple, conversational language over complex jargon
• Experience writing blogs, posts, and case studies
• Ability to organize information into clear narratives
• Comfort using AI tools to support writing and editing
• Writing samples that demonstrate clarity and simplicity
