Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: B. Pharm & MBA HR
• Minimum 7 years of experience handling Training function in Pharma industry.
• Candidates preferred having experience in driving content adoption & scaling of LMS portal.
• Candidates are preferred having experience as Area Training Manager / District Training Manager.
  
  

Job Summary

As an Assistant Manager/Manager - HCD, your key responsibilities would be:

• Develop and enhance Medical (segment specific) and Product (general) content for the LMS using effective learning methodologies.
• Facilitate translation, uploading, and assignment of medical & product content on the LMS across various Mega markets.
• Monitor and analyze learning progress by generating e-learning reports to improve content effectiveness.
• Enhance the quality of training content by developing, managing, and updating Mega Academy materials using adult learning principles.
  
  

Skill & Knowledge

The incumbent should possess skills in content development including designing content for e-learning & training domain. Candidates should have capability in attention to detail, be agile & adaptable and possess continuous learning ability. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of human anatomy & physiology, understanding of disease pathophysiology and should be aware of adult learning principles & methodologies for content effectiveness.
