Role/ Job Title: Analyst - COE, Hindsighting & Quality Assurance

Function/ Department: Retail Assets

Job Purpose

Implement critical projects which determine the overall effectiveness of retail customers end to end loan journey.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To ensure quality assurance and collateral hind sighting processes are deployed across credit process and vendors.
• Devise and deploy quality assurance process in collateral and non-collateral product processes.
• Measure or monitor and publish quality assurance scores across credit process or underwriting and vendors.
• Share Inputs from quality assurance and hind sighting process to improve credit process.
• Ensure reduction of quality assurance and collateral based hind sighting errors using automation and technology solutions.
• Onboard and Manage quality assurance vendors for effective functioning.
  
  

Education Qualification (Fulltime)

Graduation: Bachelor’s in engineering / Technology / Math’s / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management

Post-graduation: MBA, PGDM

Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in quality assurance.
