Job Highlights

• Creating and managing technical user accounts, roles, and authorizations within the SAP system, ensuring proper access control and security
• Investigating and resolving technical issues related to SAP systems, working with users and other team members to find solutions
• Regularly monitor SAP systems
• Creating and maintaining documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and best practices
• Track Open Incidents, Service & Change Requests in SAP for Me, SAP Service Catalog and ITSM solution
  
  

Experience / Skills

• Specific Education - Graduate from a reputed university
• Work Experience - experience in SAP Basis with focus on SAP S/4 HANA systems
• Special Skills - proficiency in English language
