Job Description:

• Handle inbound international calls.
  
• Provide customer service through voice process.
  
• Assist customers with their queries in a professional and efficient manner.
  
• Work in a US Healthcare process.
  

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills.
  
• Minimum typing speed: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
  
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts/night shifts as per business requirements.
  
• Willing to work with two rotational split weekly offs.
  
• Open to work from office in Kolkata.
  
• 2024, 2025 & 2026 graduates are eligible.
  
• 2026 result-awaited candidates are also eligible: BA, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, MBA
