Senior Executive - Digital Sales

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify prospective clients and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Perform intense research to generate qualified leads by identifying key players and generating interest while ensuring 100% fitment and low rejection rate.
• Maintain and expand a database of prospects within an assigned territory.
• Close deals on-the-call and onboard new clients to achieve monthly quotas.
• Understand local market extensively and adjust sales strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
• Leverage digital tools and social platforms to engage prospects and manage the sales cycle. Quick learner of digital sales tools and platforms.
• Fostering strategic conversations with CEO, CFO, and HR leadership.
• Building rapport and trust with executive-level decision-makers.
• Proactive, self-starter mentality, strong communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and service adoption. 
• Respond to RFP’s & RFQ’s to close deals independently.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent.

  EXPERIENCE:

• At least 3-5 years in sales selling service outsourcing/HCM solutions/related software solutions to senior level executives.
• Effective communication, negotiation and personal grooming.
• Ability to articulate well and convert passive clients into business deals.
