Job Profile

Position: Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager – Planning

Reporting to : Head - Planning

Location : Sri City, Tada, Andhra Pradesh (Near Chennai)

Your Experience Should Be...

BE / B. Tech (Mech.) with 8+ years of experience in Cryogenic / Pressure Vessels / Oil & Gas / Boilers industry or any capital goods manufacturing industry.

Good computer skills with MSProject/ Primavera

Good knowledge in SAP is must

Should have good knowledge in Production Planning, Scheduling, Forecasting, Estimation & Budgeting.

What Will You Do?

• Sale order review, budgeting,planning, & scheduling ofjobordersin SAP.
• Planning, scheduling and Updating ofjoborder activities in MSprojects.
• Co-ordination with Materials, Production and QC to meet the client’s delivery date and Regular follow-up ofjoborders.
• Monitor, control and advise on progress of manufacture of equipment and optimize on phasing of completion for shipment to best suited, most cost effective Client site delivery.
• Generate progress reports like daily, weekly and monthly.
• Track procurements to expedite timely delivery ofprojectmaterials.
• Analyze delays in Procurement of Critical and Long Lead items.
• Maintain Checklist for Readiness of variousProjectActivities.
• Advise to the management on any deviations from authorizedprojectschedule in a manner as to best effect recovery to original plan.
• Planning for billing and dispatch of products with suitable documents.
