Job Requirements

Role/ Job Title: Territory manager

Function/ Department: Retail Assets

Job Purpose:

Territory Manager will be responsible for driving the business of EIL within the assigned territory.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·        Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for Loan against Property products.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to promote the banks Loan against Property offerings.

Secondary Responsibilities:

·        Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development.

·        Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of Loan against Property services to customers.

Managerial and Leadership Responsibilities: 

·        Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Education Qualification:

Graduation: Bachelor’s degree any relevant stream

Post-graduation: Any Stream

Experience: 03+ years of relevant experience.
