We are hiring for the position of Section Engineer: SHE

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements at site, ensuring compliance with project safety plan and statutory regulations.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections, identify unsafe conditions and practices, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions by contractors.
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), safety devices, barricading, and safety signboards for workforce and public safety.
• Monitor high-risk activities such as work at height, lifting operations, electrical works, and confined space entry, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and safety awareness programs for workers and staff.
• Report and investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety requirements, labour safety rules, and client HSE standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and client HSE team for safety inspections, audits, and safety meetings.
• Monitor workplace health, hygiene, and environmental conditions at site.
• Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, and safety documentation, and submit regular safety reports to management.
  
  
  

(i) Full time regular B.E/B. Tech with Govt. recognized full time regular Diploma in Safety.

(ii) Full time regular BE/B. Tech in safety.

(iii) Government recognized regular fulltime PG Degree in Environmental Engineering/Sc iences withRegular Full Time Govt. Recognized Safety diploma/Degree.

(iv) Full time regular science degree with International Qualifications like CSP (Certified safety professional), NEBOSH Diploma.

(v) recognised degree in any branch of engineering from recognized university with International qualifications like CSP (Certified safety professional), Diploma in NEBOSH.

Engineering Graduate, or PG degree in Environment Engineering/Science with overall 07 years, or Degree in Science with overall 10 years of experience in SHE management during

construction phase in Railbased Transit System project(s)(i).
