Role Overview


This role combines strategic outbound sales, relationship-building, and authority-driven marketing. You will be responsible for targeting US-based CPA firms, accounting practices, and enterprise finance teams through LinkedIn outreach, cold communication, and thought-leadership content.


Key Responsibilities


1. Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Execute personalized LinkedIn campaigns targeting US Partners, CFOs, Founders, and Practice Leads.
  • Conduct strategic cold calls and cold email outreach to qualify prospects and book discovery meetings.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of CPA firms and enterprise clients.

2. Authority & Content Positioning

  • Manage company LinkedIn visibility by sharing insights on US Tax, Bookkeeping, automation, and outsourcing benefits.
  • Collaborate internally to create thought-leadership posts, case studies, and market insights.
  • Position the company as a trusted outsourcing partner for US accounting firms.

3. Enterprise Sales Focus

  • Identify and penetrate mid-to-large CPA firms and enterprise clients (revenue $2M+).
  • Build multi-touch engagement strategies for high-value accounts.
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers within target firms.

4. CRM & Reporting

  • Track leads, meetings, and pipeline stages in CRM systems.
  • Provide weekly reports on funnel performance, conversion metrics, and opportunities.
  • Maintain clean, updated prospect records and follow-up schedules.


Candidate Requirements:


Experience

  • 3–5 years in international B2B sales or marketing
  • Proven experience selling to US clients (Accounting, Finance, Outsourcing, SaaS, or BPO preferred)
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Strong LinkedIn lead generation and social selling expertise
  • Experience with cold calling US prospects and handling objections
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Confidence in speaking with US executives and navigating gatekeepers
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI outreach tools
