Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in English to join our team in Surat. The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping the linguistic and literary foundations of students in grades 6 through 8, fostering a love for language while ensuring academic excellence through engaging instruction and mentorship.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive English curriculum lessons tailored to the developmental needs of middle school students.
Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote critical thinking, reading comprehension, and effective communication skills.
Assess student progress through various evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support individual growth.
Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and respect.
Collaborate with colleagues and administration to align teaching strategies with institutional goals and educational standards.

Requirements

Possess a minimum of three years of professional teaching experience in English at the secondary level.
Hold a Post Graduate degree in English or a related field.
Demonstrate strong command of the English language and proficiency in pedagogical methods suitable for grades 6-8.
Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire students.
Show a commitment to continuous professional development and educational innovation.

Benefits

Salary -25k-30k pm according to experience
