Job Role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive to help us grow our brand using influencers as a performance-driven marketing channel. This role involves finding the right influencers, coordinating with them, ensuring content quality, and tracking campaign results.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and shortlist relevant influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Evaluate influencers based on views, engagement, audience quality, and relevance.
• Reach out to influencers, manage communication, follow-ups, and coordination.
• Review influencer scripts/content before posting to ensure correct messaging and CTA.
• Track campaign performance, including views, clicks, leads, and cost per lead (CPL).
• Maintain weekly and monthly reports using Google Sheets / Excel.
• Support building and following structured processes and SOPs for influencer marketing.
  
  

• Good working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
• Clear written communication in Hindi and English
• Comfortable working with data, numbers, and performance tracking
• Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
  
  

• 1 year to 3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing / Performance Marketing
• Hands-on experience managing multiple influencers is a plus
