• Manage day-to-day HR Operations and Administration
  
• Handle Recruitment & Talent Acquisition activities
  
• Support IT & Non-IT recruitment
  
• Assist in Payroll processing, PF, ESI and Gratuity
  
• Manage Statutory Compliance and Labour Law requirements
  
• Maintain HR records and documentation
  
• Coordinate with employees and management
  
• Independently handle assigned HR activities
