HR Executive And Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and people-first HR Executive & Recruiter to manage both human resource operations and talent acquisition.

The ideal candidate will drive employee engagement, ensure compliance, and help build a strong and positive team culture.

• Manage attendance, leave, and timekeeping processes
  
• Monitor and enforce company policies, rules, and code of conduct
  
• Address employee concerns, grievances, and escalations
  
• Develop, update, and communicate HR policies
  
• Coordinate salary processing and handle payroll-related concerns
  
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and company culture programs
  
• Manage and conduct Monthly appraisal cycles, Semi Annual and Annual Appraisal Cycles.
  
  

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
  
• Perform proactive headhunting using job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
  
• Manage offer roll-outs, salary negotiations, and joining formalities
  
• Conduct structured onboarding and company orientation programs for new hires
  
• Manage off boarding processes and conduct exit interviews
