Role Summary

The Community & Association Manager will play a critical role in strengthening TaxOne’s presence within the CA ecosystem. This role focuses on managing CA communities, building and executing collaborations with ICAI and non-ICAI associations, and ensuring every partnership delivers clear, measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate is execution-driven, relationship-oriented, and comfortable owning partnerships end-to-end—from planning to closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Management
• Manage and actively engage TaxOne’s CA communities across platforms.
• Ensure communities remain relevant, organized, and value-driven
• Drive consistent engagement through discussions, sessions, and initiatives
• Association & Partnership Management
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with ICAI chapters and non-ICAI associations
• Act as the primary point of contact for all association-related collaborations
• Identify new partnership opportunities within the CA ecosystem
• Collaboration Execution
• Plan and execute webinars, knowledge sessions, workshops, and offline/online events
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, sales) for smooth execution
• Ensure each collaboration delivers clear outcomes such as:
• Brand visibility
• Community engagement
• Lead generation or adoption
• Ownership & Follow-ups
• Track collaboration progress, outcomes, and post-event follow-ups
• Ensure commitments are closed and results are documented
• Continuously improve collaboration quality and impact
  
  

• Experience in community management, partnerships, alliances, or association handling
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to execute, follow up, and close collaborations effectively
• High ownership, accountability, and result-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in an on-site, fast-paced SaaS environment
