Full Time RN Clinical Manager for Hospital at Home Program

Location Stuart to Vero Beach, FL Hybrid

Schedule Monday thru Friday, 8AM to 5PM

Salary $72,000 annually plus Benefits

• Conduct start of care and supervisory visits, as well as orientations and training for staff
• Provide clinical oversight aligned with best practices and agency policies
• Support and mentor field clinicians to ensure quality care delivery
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements
  
  

• Active RN license in Florida,required
• Minimum 1 year of home care experience, preferred
• Experience with Hospital at Home programs, highly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills
• EMR proficiency; AlayaCare experience a plus
