Engineer - Transmission Assembly
Responsibilities
Strong knowledge on transmission testing process and will to implement continuous improvements.
Responsible for the targeted FTT from assembly line
Adhere and sustain the high standard process and product quality for assembly
Should be able to train & guide the Engineers
Should be able to analyze issues related to quality and take effective counter measures in testing methodology
Upkeep the Quality management systems (TS , EMS )
Optimizing the utilization of men and equipment
Ensure 5S and discipline on shop floor & Maintaining production equipment
Experience in managing unionised work force
Qualifications
DME with min 5 years experience
