Who are we looking for?

We are looking for young, energetic bright minds to join us in shaping the next-gen of agriculture in J&K.

• You’ll advise growers on best practices related to soil practices.
• You’ll conduct soil testing using our portable soil testing equipment and labs.
• You’ll develop advisories for growers based on soil health.
  
  

• Have 0-5 years of experience
• Have a degree in agronomy / agriculture / soil science.
• Have understanding of various macro and micro nutrients that effect plant health.
• Have understanding of effect of pH, Organic Carbon on soil health.
• Have understanding of importance of electrical conductivity of soil and its correlation with moisture.
  
  

• Excellent English communication skills in speaking and writing.
• Willing to learn and share knowledge with others.
• Ability to work in a collaborative programming environment
