Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in Srikakulam. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Job Responsibilities**

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively identify client needs and offer appropriate financial products and services.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess financial situations and provide updated advice.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product specialists, operations) to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reports.

Job Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a relationship management or sales role within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services (e.g., loans, investments, insurance).
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
