Could you be the full-time Supplier Quality Engineer in Sricity we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supplier quality management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and results-driven teammates.

Youll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our supply chain, driving continuous improvement, and fostering strong supplier partnerships. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial, Supply Chain, SPQD, Incoming Inspectors), manage supplier non-conformities, and lead incoming inspection activities to ensure compliance and performance.

You’ll specifically take care of managing non-conformities and supplier improvement roadmaps, but also oversee incoming inspection processes and team performance.

We’ll look to you for:

• Managing day-to-day non-conformities, including supplier communication, replacement of defective parts, and implementing containment actions
• Driving corrective and preventive action plans with suppliers and ensuring their effectiveness
• Leading the incoming inspection team and ensuring compliance with inspection procedures and tools
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and update control plans
• Organizing supplier visits and quality reviews to address top issues and ensure continuous improvement
• Monitoring and publishing KPIs to track and improve supplier and inspection performance

• Experience or understanding of supplier quality management and non-conformity processes
• Knowledge of quality tools such as control plans, root cause analysis, and preventive action planning
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inspection processes
• A certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
