Job Purpose

The Invoicing Clerk/Great Life Associate is mainly responsible for the processing of

dealer’s orders in a timely manner through invoicing in the system (e.g., PC Net, BMS)

and increasing the Basket Size through suggestive selling.

III. Duties and Responsibilities

 Accurately process orders in the system (e.g., PC Net, BMS) and prepares Sales

Invoice for the dealers.

 Authority to Purchase (ATP) assessment and submits to Dreams Fulfillment II.

 Increase daily Basket Size by promoting Just One More (JOM) item, upselling and

cross selling.

 Receives, process payments, and issue Sales Invoice to dealers for Cash Purchase

Orders.

 Endorses collections to the Dreams Fulfillment Officer II at the end of the shift

through cash count and system-generated report (e.g., PC Net, BMS).

 Deposits cash collection thru assigned payment channels in the absence of the

Dreams Fulfillment Officer II or as required.

 Collaborates with Dreams Fulfillment Officer II in checking and monitoring of

maturing and delinquent accounts.

 Conducts heart-to-heart (H2H) calls to improve daily sales and collection

efficiency
