About The Role

At ETASHA Society, we see volunteers as co-creators of the transformation we work toward. Over the last two years alone, more than 700 volunteers have contributed their time and expertise, nearly half of them from corporate organisations, taking on roles that range from mentoring learners and delivering skill-building sessions to strengthening the systems behind our programs. We see volunteering as a structured, mutually enriching partnership: volunteers bring fresh skills, perspectives, and energy into the lives of the youth, women, and adolescents we serve, while gaining first-hand insight into grassroots impact and building their own interpersonal and professional capabilities in the process. We want that every contribution translates into real, lasting change for the communities we work with.”

Key Responsibilities Of The Volunteer Management Coordinator

• Manage Volunteer engagement as per defined processes.
• Coordinate with Projects teams for their volunteer requirement.
• Reach out to platforms, corporates & institutes to source relevant volunteers based on requirements.
• Induct and orient volunteers and interns to our processes and ensuring smooth operations.
• Maintain Volunteer data & generate monthly reports.
• Coordinate with teams for details of work done, feedback and Pictures.
• Create appreciation letters as part of closure of assignment and mail to relevant people.
• Build and maintain relationships with volunteers and interns.
• Participate in Volunteering events at various locations.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Graduation with at least 2 years of experience in customer-facing work
  
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Good communication skills in both Hindi and English
• Ability to work on Excel and understand data
• Focused, target-oriented, organised, confident
• Pleasing personality and team working skills
  
  

The remuneration will be around Rs. 25,000/-CTC per month. It will include PF, ESI and other benefits as per rules.
