• We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor/Shift Incharge to manage Operations for our Warehouse in Kundli. Sonipat.
• Incredible opportunity to drive meaningful impact in Operations at a high-growth quick commerce startup.
• This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.
• This is an in-person role at our Haryana FC. You must be based near Sonipat.
  
  

• Design optimized warehouse layouts and zoning strategies based on SKU velocity, demand patterns, and picking efficiency.
• Define and continuously improve SOPs across inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch to drive productivity and reduce order processing time.
• Must have hands-on experience in FMCG operations and B2B/B2C business models.
• Manage FC team and forecast manpower requirements across all warehouse functions based on order volumes, SKU mix, and peak demand.
  
  

• Bachelor's in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain from a top institution; MBA highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP.
• 3-6 years in WH Management or supply chain, with hands-on experience in process design, SLA adherence, and supply chain costs.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI dashboards; proven ability to manage teams and stakeholders independently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment and willingness to travel to execute projects on the ground.
• High ownership mindset with the drive to take initiatives from concept to execution.
