Nurturing multiple Cluster Credit Manager and Credit Managers, Collaboration with other stakeholders in achieving business book growth, with good portfolio quality, constantly raise highest level of benchmarks on TAT & customer experience, High Standards of Governance and Compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Groom and mentor multiple credit managers.
Maintaining Good portfolio quality
Collaboration with other stake holders in achieving business book growth.
Maintain Highest Standard of customer experience, Governance, and compliance.
Adapt and promote Digital Initiatives.
Vendor Management

Education Qualification:

Graduation: Any Graduation (as per requirement).

Post-graduation: Any Post-graduation (as per requirement)

Experience: 7+ Years of Experience
