Position : CQR Expert with Aero Standards(Compliance, Quality & Regulatory (Aerospace Standards)

Experience: 6+

Location: Bangalore

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced resource– Compliance, Quality & Regulatory Affairs to lead and oversee the organization's quality management systems, regulatory compliance programs, and aerospace certification activities. The role will be responsible for ensuring adherence to aerospace industry standards, customer requirements, regulatory mandates, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of aerospace quality standards, regulatory frameworks, audit management, risk assessment, and compliance governance, along with strong leadership capabilities to drive operational excellence and regulatory readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Compliance & Regulatory Management
• Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure compliance with: AS9100 Rev D,AS9110 / AS9120 (where applicable), ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FAA, EASA, DGCA, CAA requirements (as applicable), NADCAP standards and customer-specific quality requirements
• Drive quality excellence initiatives and process maturity improvements.
• Establish quality objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Audit & Certification Management,Risk & Governance, Supplier Quality & Compliance, Team Leadership, Customer & Stakeholder Management
• Education :Bachelor's Degree in: Aerospace Engineering/Mechanical Engineering.Industrial Engineering/Quality Engineering/Related Engineering Discipline
  
  

Mandatory Technical Expertise:

AS9100 Rev D, ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, Aerospace Regulatory Compliance, FAA / EASA Regulatory Requirements, NADCAP Requirements, Risk Management & Compliance Frameworks, Internal & External Audits, Root Cause Analysis (8D, Fishbone, 5 Why), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Supplier Quality Management, Configuration & Change Management, Product Safety and Aerospace Compliance

Preferred Certifications:

AS9100 Lead Auditor, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Certified Quality Manager (CMQ/OE), Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (ASQ), Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt, Certified Internal Auditor, Regulatory Compliance Certifications (preferred)
