SAP Ariba, a primary platform for national and global eProcurement, is undergoing a transformation into an AI-native source-to-pay suite. The integration of automation and artificial intelligence (AI) aims to move procurement from manual paperwork to strategic, data-driven decision-making, improving efficiency, resilience, and compliance. Automation within the Ariba platform focuses on reducing manual intervention in routine, repetitive tasks to minimize errors and operational costs.

The intern will support implementation of Automation and AI projects for SAP Ariba using SAP WalkMe (user adoption platform), SAP BTP Build (automation tool) and SAP Joule (AI).

The selected intern will participate in, but is not limited to, the following:

• Support ALPS CIO Office team in understanding and mapping business requirements.
• Participate in design sessions and update project documentation (as assigned).
• Develop, test and deploy new use-cases for various stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and fix production issues within stipulated response timeframe.
• Assist in software release preparation, notification, installation/patching.
• Other project-related tasks as assigned.
  
  
  

• Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or related discipline
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027
• Basic knowledge in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodology, and system/user testing practices (Regression Test, SIT, UAT)
• Proficiency in SAP Ariba and ERP system, robotic process automation (RPA) practices and tools is a plus
• Basic understanding of AI models and use-case knowledge
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
