We are looking for a Director of Sales (Serviced Apartments/ Serviced Residences) to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and optimize occupancy and yield.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and guest recognition programs.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and profitability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies.
• Champion staff development, training, and succession planning.
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and customer service skills.
  
  

• Certification in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
• Experience in serviced apartment operations and knowledge of the property m arket.
