Electrical Construction Manager

We are seeking a Electrical Construction Manager who will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of all electrical construction activities on site, ensuring works are completed safely, on program, within budget, and to specification. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, engineers, planners, subcontractors, and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing a detailed construction plan, including scheduling and resource allocation
• Coordinating the acquisition of equipment, ensuring they meet the projects specifications and quality standards
• Managing the contractors by overseeing their work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing subcontractors when necessary
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure that the installation of equipment items meets the required standards and specifications
• Monitoring project costs and ensuring that the project stays within budget, including tracking equipment items
• Overseeing project timelines and making sure that installation work is completed on time to avoid delays
  
  
  

• Trade background or qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Construction
• Proven experience in an Electrical Construction Manager or senior site role
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV systems, electrical installations, and sequencing
• Experience managing subcontractors on large or complex projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
