Are you an organised, proactive individual with a passion for driving projects forward? We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Programme team and play a key role in delivering high-performance projects within a fast-paced, innovative environment. As a Project Coordinator, you will support the Programme function in delivering efficient, well-coordinated projects. You will work across multiple teams, helping to streamline processes, enhance communication, and ensure projects stay on track from concept through to delivery. Key Responsibilities

  • To support the Programme function in optimising programme execution by facilitating the coordination, communication and refinement of cross-functional activity.
  • Act as a central point of contact for project information, ensuring key details are accurate and up to date in project systems.
  • Help track project progress, budgets, and timelines during early planning and approval stages.
  • Assist in improving processes and making project coordination more efficient and easier to manage.
  • Support project reporting by keeping status updates accurate and flagging any risks or delays to the Programme Manager.
  • Help identify workflow bottlenecks and support solutions to improve how projects move through each stage.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand project requirements and support projects through approval and delivery stages.
  • Assist with coordinating sign-offs and checking progress with teams during the design and delivery phases.
  • Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the programme function.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or a related discipline, with a strong technical foundation and the ability to understand complex project environments.
  • An understanding of project or programme management principles, with the ability to apply them in a practical, fast-paced setting.
  • Comfortable using project management tools to support planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and priorities.
  • A confident communicator, with developing stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong working relationships across teams.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a results-driven mindset and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Able to remain calm under pressure, managing competing demands while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with a flexible approach, willing to support others and contribute to overall team success.
