Intellectual Property Lead

We are seeking a passionate intellectual property professional eager to learn and grow in a fast paced, and cutting-edge technology environment. In this role, you will have the chance to refine and apply your IP skills, including prosecution, management, and drafting, while contributing to impactful IP projects in close collaboration with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

The following skills are required:

• Patent Agent, Patent Drafting, Patent Prosecution with an Engineering background (non-pharma, non-biotech)
• Expertise in Product Search, Evidence of Use (EoU) charts, Teardown & Reverse Engineering, with an engineering background (non-pharma, non-biotech)
• Patent and Trademark prosecution for India, US and Europe, preparing necessary documents

and responding to official communications

• Manage the patent and trademark filing process, including accurate submissions and

maintaining oversight of the patent portfolio compliances and deadlines

• Support prior art search projects including FTO, EoU, Infringement searches, Claim charts,

and Invalidity assessments

Skills:

• Strong expertise in at least one of the following areas, with knowledge or familiarity with the

remaining two:

o Patent prosecution, portfolio management, and patent filing

o Patent drafting

o Prior art search and assessment

• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
• Results-oriented with a sense of ownership and accountability in task execution
• Flexible approach, able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving

Qualifications:

• ~3-6 years of experience in Intellectual Property
• Technical, Science, Physics or Mathematics background
