Position: Check-in & Boarding Executive Company: Bluespirit Location: Siliguri, West Bengal, India Contract Details: Full-time We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Check-in & Boarding Executive at our airport location in Siliguri, West Bengal. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and boarding process for our passengers. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet passengers and assist them with check-in procedures
• Verify travel documents and ensure compliance with all airline and government regulations
• Handle baggage check-in and tagging
• Assist passengers with special needs or requests
• Communicate flight information and updates to passengers
• Coordinate with other departments and airlines to ensure timely departure of flights
• Board passengers onto the aircraft and assist with any seating or baggage issues
• Handle any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized check-in area
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures at all times
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on airline policies and procedures Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
