Agriculture Field Intern / Executive

Samarth Agri is hiring B.Sc. Agriculture graduates for a field-based internship and full-time opportunity in Sitapur and Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

Eligibility

Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture or equivalent

Experience: 0–2 years

Freshers: Eligible to apply

Internship Duration: 2 months

Job Type: Field-based

Key Responsibilities

‣ Visit villages and interact directly with farmers.

‣ Support farmer onboarding and mobile app adoption.

‣ Help farmers download, register, and use the application.

‣ Conduct farmer meetings and demonstrations.

‣ Explain app features, including weather updates, mandi prices, government schemes, and agricultural advisory.

‣ Build relationships with farmers and support farmer engagement.

‣ Provide first-level mobile and app-related support.

‣ Coordinate with FPOs, farmer networks, and local partners.

‣ Support field campaigns and activities in the assigned area.

‣ Maintain daily reports and engagement data using Excel or Google Sheets.

Who Can Apply

‣ B.Sc. Agriculture graduates or candidates with equivalent qualifications.

‣ Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills.

‣ Comfortable using Android smartphones and mobile applications.

‣ Willing to travel extensively and work in villages.

‣ Self-motivated and target-oriented candidates.
