System Architect - PLM Teamcenter

YOUR TASKS

· Contribute to the development, configuration, and stable operation of the PLM infrastructure in alignment with the overall system architecture

· Contribute to the conceptualization, detailed design, and implementation of PLM solutions in Siemens Teamcenter

     based on business requirements and architectural guidelines

· Take responsibility for technical delivery within projects of varying complexity in a fast‑developing environment

· Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams to ensure successful PLM implementations

· Take part in post–go-live stabilization, continuous improvement, and administration of the Teamcenter landscape

· Work closely with the Senior Expert System Architect to align solution designs, implementation decisions, and long‑term evolution of the Teamcenter landscape.

Your Profile

. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a comparable qualification

· A strong technical mindset and experience in software-oriented or system-oriented roles

· Hands-on experience in programming or scripting (e.g. Java, Python, or similar).

· Exposure to complex IT environments; experience with servers or databases is an advantage

· A proactive, structured working style with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Experience turning technical concepts into implemented, testable, and supportable solutions in an enterprise IT or PLM environment

· Very good communication skills and confidence working with international teams

· Fluent English; German or Spanish are a plus

Nice to have / advantageous:

· Experience with Siemens Teamcenter in engineering or enterprise environments

· Experience with Teamcenter installation or deployment tools (e.g. TEM, Deployment Center, MS Intune)

· Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Teamcenter Reporting & Analytics is an advantage

· Knowledge of the Teamcenter data model and BMIDE

· Experience with integrations, e.g. Active Integration Gateway or interfaces to SAP

· Experience in renewable energy or similar industrial sectors

· Interest or first hands-on experience in applying AI or data-driven approaches in engineering or PLM-related contexts
