Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This role will leverage your analytical prowess and technical understanding to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting within our organization, with a strong emphasis on IT-related financial aspects.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, with a specific focus on IT project costs, software development initiatives, and infrastructure investments.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess the viability and return on investment for various IT projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT teams to understand technical requirements, project timelines, and resource allocation for financial planning and reporting.
• Utilize digital literacy and IT understanding to analyze data from various systems and present clear, concise financial reports to stakeholders.
• Assist in the assessment of existing financial processes and propose improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Participate in the software development life cycle (SDLC) by providing financial insights and cost analysis for new applications and system enhancements.
• Contribute to the compilation and decompilation of financial data for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Support the configuration and maintenance of computer systems and financial applications as needed.
• Assist in IT testing activities related to financial systems and tools to ensure data integrity and functionality.
• Document and model user requirements for financial reporting tools and applications, ensuring a user-friendly experience (UX Design).
• Stay informed about industry best practices in financial analysis and IT-related financial management.
• Assist with program installation and versioning of financial software and tools.
  
  

• 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, with a significant portion focused on IT or technology-driven organizations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Action Planning and executing financial strategies.
• Strong understanding of Application Development processes and their financial implications.
• Ability to perform detailed financial Assessment and analysis.
• Familiarity with Compiling and Decompiling Code concepts as they relate to understanding IT costs and systems is advantageous.
• Proficient in Computer System Configuration and general IT infrastructure.
• High level of Digital Literacy and comfort with various financial and IT tools.
• Experience with documenting and modeling user requirements for financial or IT systems.
• Understanding of Graphical User Interface (GUI) principles for effective data presentation.
• Solid grasp of Information Technology (IT) concepts and their impact on financial operations.
• Experience with IT Testing methodologies for financial applications.
• Familiarity with Portal Server Configuration and related IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Program Installation and Versioning in a corporate environment.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its financial stages.
• Awareness of User Experience (UX) Design principles, particularly for financial reporting interfaces.
• Basic understanding of WAN Switching and Firmware Configuration is a plus.
