Blade Anti-Icing Specialist

Your Tasks:

• Comprehensive understanding of the Anti‑Icing System from manufacturing and transport to field operation (including end‑of‑line tests, commissioning, maintenance, and inspections)
• Evaluation and technical assessment of heating tests as well as analysis of operational data to derive measures for commissioning and maintenance
• Investigation and systematic analysis of field damages, identification of potential root causes, and determination of failure dates
• Planning and execution of experiments to reproduce damage patterns, including sample fabrication, test design, and evaluation
• Development and maintenance of a damage catalogue including damage patterns, root‑cause analyses, and recommended actions
• Creation of test and validation specifications for component‑level and full‑blade testing
• Technical 3rd‑level support for complex damage patterns and inquiries related to the Anti‑Icing System
• Contribution to D‑FMEA/P‑FMEA activities.

Your Profile:

Required Skills (Must‑have)

• Strong communication skills with an outgoing and proactive demeanor
• Technical education or university degree in a relevant engineering or technology field
• BE/Btech graduate in Mechanical or Aerospace 
• 7+ years of experience in anti-icing system

Desired Skills (Nice‑to‑have)

• Knowledge of fiber‑reinforced composite materials
• Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles
• Willingness to travel, depending on project needs
• Broad skill set and flexibility, preferring an all‑rounder rather than a deep specialist
