Bluespirit, a leading airport services company, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our team at the Shillong Airport in Meghalaya, India. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of our company and the first point of contact for our customers. Your main responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for all airport passengers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter, boarding gate, and baggage claim areas
  • Handle all inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, delays, and other relevant airport information
  • Assist with ticketing and seat assignments
  • Process and verify passenger documents and ensure compliance with airport security regulations
  • Collaborate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure efficient and seamless operations
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions for ticket sales and other services
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for all passengers and employees Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficient in using computer systems and familiar with airline ticketing software
