As a member of our ground staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop, and boarding procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive airport experience for all passengers
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor flight schedules and assist with flight announcements and updates
• Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure the timely and safe arrival and departure of flights
• Perform security checks and ensure compliance with airport regulations
• Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal and surrounding areas
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of passengers and staff
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the airport Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Knowledge of basic computer skills
