Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications and backend services.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in TypeScript, React, Node.js, RESTful APIs, Docker, JWT, Kafka, SQL/PostgreSQL, and AWS, along with experience integrating applications with collaboration and communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Slack.

The candidate will be responsible for developing end-to-end features, building secure APIs, integrating third-party services, working with databases and event-driven systems, and supporting applications deployed in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
  
• Build reusable, responsive, and high-performance frontend components using React and TypeScript.
  
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js.
  
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT.
  
• Design and maintain database schemas and develop efficient queries using SQL/PostgreSQL.
  
• Develop and maintain event-driven services and asynchronous workflows using Kafka.
  
• Containerize applications and services using Docker.
  
• Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and support applications running on AWS.
  
• Integrate applications with third-party collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Slack.
  
• Work with Teams/Slack APIs, webhooks, bots, notifications, or messaging integrations to enable business workflows and automated notifications.
  
• Design reliable integrations with external APIs and handle authentication, error handling, retries, rate limits, and API failures.
  
• Troubleshoot application, API, integration, database, and production issues.
  
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.
  
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards and engineering best practices.
  
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other development teams.
  
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
  
  

Required Skills:

• 3–6 years of experience in Software Testing, QA Automation, or SDET roles.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright for web automation.
  
• Good experience in API Testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent.
  
• Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  
• Experience testing React-based web applications.
  
• Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for test automation.
  
• Working knowledge of AWS and cloud-based application environments.
  
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
  
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect management, and Agile methodologies.
  
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  
  

Good to Have:

• 3–6 years of professional software development experience.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and JavaScript.
  
• Good experience with React.js and modern frontend development.
  
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js.
  
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs.
  
• Experience with JWT-based authentication and authorization.
  
• Strong knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL, including queries, joins, indexes, transactions, and database design.
  
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, including topics, producers, consumers, and message processing.
  
• Experience with Docker and containerized application development.
  
• Working knowledge of AWS and cloud-based application deployment.
  
• Experience integrating applications with Microsoft Teams and/or Slack using their APIs, webhooks, bots, or related integration mechanisms.
  
• Good understanding of Git, SDLC, debugging, testing, and Agile methodologies.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
