Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Degree in Mechanical/ Electronics Engineering or any related field
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to review mechanical/ electronics drawing.
- Candidates must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.
- Lead and manage NPI projects from customer handover to mass production readiness.
- Coordinate cross functional teams to meet project timelines, cost and quality targets.
- Review and approve product design for manufacturability and provide feedback to customer or engineering teams.
- Develop project schedules, manage risks and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Act as main liaison between customer and internal teams for all NPI related matters.
