Program Manager

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelors Degree in Business Administrative, Engineering or any equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must be willing to work at Senai, Johor area.
  
  
  

• Lead and manage the program team to carry out the sectional or departmental duties and responsibility.
• Monitor sales order from forecast and PO.
• Monitor quotations to claim customers.
• Liaise with customers and finance team on invoicing transactions.
• Track and monitor tooling parameters and engineering change order to update the latest costs.
• Compile, analyze and summarize all products BOM costs.
• Liaise with customers on commercial related issue - cost buyoff, tooling & NRE, product cost.
• Ensure the finalized product BOM cost are uploaded on time and accurately in system for finance transactions.
• Compile and prepare the bid tender projects.
