Responsibilities

• Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter and maintain data in various systems, ensuring data integrity and reliability at V5 Global Service Pvt. Ltd.
• Documentation Handling: Efficiently manage documentation and filing tasks to keep records organized and accessible at V5 Global Service Pvt. Ltd.
• Office Activities: Oversee day-to-day office activities, coordinating with different departments and handling routine office tasks at V5 Global Service Pvt. Ltd.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets: Utilize advanced Excel functions, Google Sheets, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, macros, Power BI, Tableau, and dashboards to perform data analysis and generate reports at V5 Global Service Pvt. Ltd.
• Call Handling: Professionally handle incoming and outgoing calls, addressing queries and providing necessary information at V5 Global Service Pvt. Ltd.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes at V5 Global Service Pvt. Ltd.
• Report Generation: Prepare and present reports using various data visualization tools and techniques at V5 Global Service Pvt. Ltd.
• Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to data management processes and office procedures for increased efficiency at V5 Global Service Pvt. Ltd.
