Growth Operations Manager - Sales

Role Overview

The Growth Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and improving the overall performance of Petsfolio across operations, sales, marketing, recruitment, customer experience, and app performance.

This role requires strong ownership, execution ability, multitasking, leadership coordination, and a growth-oriented mindset to ensure business targets and operational goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

1. Development & App Performance

• Coordinate with the Development Team for:
  • App quality
  • Feature execution
  • Timely updates
  • Performance improvements
• Coordinate with QA Team to ensure smooth app functionality and better user experience
• Monitor app-related issues and ensure timely resolution

2. Marketing Coordination

• Coordinate with Marketing Team for:
  • Digital marketing campaigns
  • Offline promotions
  • Branding activities
  • Lead generation performance
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and improve lead quality

3. Sales Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales Team for:
  • Lead follow-ups
  • Lead closures
  • Conversion improvements
  • Revenue targets
• Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement

4. Recruitment & Vendor Expansion

• Coordinate with Recruitment Team for:
  • Area-wise onboarding of service providers
  • Hiring interns and support staff
  • Expansion planning
• Ensure quality onboarding and availability of service providers

5. Vendor Quality & Service Performance

• Monitor service provider performance and customer ratings
• Ensure service quality standards are maintained
• Identify operational gaps and work towards service improvement

6. Customer Experience

• Personally handle important customer concerns and escalations
• Understand customer feedback and identify improvement areas
• Improve customer satisfaction and repeat customer engagement

7. Technology & Automation

• Identify and implement AI and automation tools to improve productivity, operations, reporting, and overall efficiency
