Administrator

Compliance & Administrator has an impacting role to play at the Vadodara manufacturing site. Key responsibilities include supporting site management to achieve success through their employees, providing value added advise, and understanding and adapting to the current and future needs in order to stay competitive in the industry. Compliance & Administrator for LyondellBasell’s Vadodara plant is responsible for providing administrative support to the VDO site in compliance, hospitality, and plant maintenance ( housekeeping ) and also to monitor and maintain head count of causal manpower, canteen and vehicle movement within the factory premises. The incumbent in this position will report to the Site Manager.

Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Compliance to Statutory legal compliance requirement under Various Labour Laws. Compliance is the process of building policies and procedures that ensure your organization follows up-to-date labor and employment laws and regulations.
• Liaison work with Different Local and Government Departments. acting as contact points for all government & local bodies
• Facilitate & provide contract labor as per requirements in the shift, for carrying out all plant activities.
• Maintain & build healthy environment & harmonious relationship with all related stakeholders including internal contractors, Supervisors & agencies connected with company operations/ business.
• Prepare budget for admin cost center. A cost center budget contributes to the management of a cost centers cash flow by specifying anticipated budgeted cash receipts and disbursements and providing a means to compare actual results with budgeted figures.
• To ensure necessary arrangements, cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation through effective housekeeping and pest control in plant and periphery. Sustain tree plants and greenery in garden
• To ensure & follow plant quality management system (ISO 9001:2015) & Environment management system (ISO 14001:2015) requirements & also to comply & fulfill customer legal requirements during audit.
• Provide welfare facility like transportation and canteen to employees and causals. To make arrangement for arrangement of various festivals celebrated at site.
• To provide comprehensive support in hospitality service to internal and external guests, auditors and guests during travel to plant.
• Ensure discipline is maintained and employees and contractors follow company rules and regulations.
  
  

Education

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Master degree in HR/IR

Work Experience

Having 7-10 years of experience in compliance and administration would be preferrable.
