The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional projects from initiation through completion. The role will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource plans, budgets, and risk registers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, and external partners.
• Facilitate effective communication between regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
• Drive project governance processes and ensure compliance with global project management standards, methodologies, and reporting requirements.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Track project performance using defined KPIs and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Organize and lead project review meetings, steering committee discussions, and stakeholder communications.
• Support change management activities and ensure successful adoption of project outcomes.
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project execution processes and best practices.Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum 5-8 years of project management experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Proven experience leading in automations and plastics recycle industry is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.Key Competencies:
