 About Roundglass Sports:
Roundglass Sports is transforming sports in the state of Punjab by creating an environment that’s both desirable and equitable, building infrastructure, training and motivation through an Academy and Grassroots program to help players reach their full potential.

Our focus is on bringing world class standards to Roundglass Punjab Football Club and Roundglass Sports Academy which will support the development of talent in football, hockey and tennis, underpinned by the principles of wholistic wellbeing.

 About the role:
We are looking for a commercially driven professional to lead sponsorship sales, strategic partnerships, and athlete talent initiatives across Punjab FC and the Roundglass Sports ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new partnerships, managing existing sponsor relationships, developing innovative commercial offerings, and unlocking new monetization opportunities across sports properties, digital platforms, events, grassroots programs, and athlete endorsements.The ideal candidate should have mandatory experience working with football clubs, sports leagues, athlete management agencies, or sports marketing firms,.And should be able to bring a strong network within the sports marketing ecosystem, a proven track record of closing sponsorship and endorsement deals, and the ability to build long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and key stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

·       Drive sponsorship and commercial revenue generation across Punjab FC and Roundglass Sports properties.

·       Lead the renewal of existing partnerships while identifying, pitching, and securing new sponsors, brand partners, and commercial collaborations.

·       Build, manage, and maintain a robust commercial sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress across every stage of the sales cycle.

·       Maintain comprehensive partnership trackers and CRM records, capturing brands approached, meetings, proposals shared, negotiation status, closures, renewals, revenue forecasts, and next steps, while providing regular management updates.

·       Develop sponsorship proposals, partnership decks, commercial presentations, sponsorship inventories, pricing strategies, and customized partner solutions aligned with brand objectives.

·       Manage athlete endorsements, brand ambassador programs, talent representation, appearances, and commercial opportunities across the Roundglass Sports ecosystem.

·       Identify and unlock new monetization opportunities across digital platforms, social media, branded content, events, grassroots initiatives, academies, licensing, hospitality, and fan engagement programs.

·       Build and nurture strong relationships with brands, advertisers, sponsorship agencies, media agencies, athlete managers, and key corporate decision-makers.

·       Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate contract execution for sponsorships, endorsements, licensing agreements, and strategic partnerships.

·       Work closely with the Marketing, Football, Hockey, Events, and Leadership teams to develop commercially attractive partnership assets and ensure seamless execution of sponsor deliverables.

·       Track revenue performance, sales forecasts, partnership KPIs, commercial reports, and partner deliverables to drive long-term partner satisfaction, renewals, and sustained revenue growth.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

·       7+ years of experience in sports partnerships, sponsorship sales, athlete endorsements, talent management, and commercial revenue generation.

·       Proven track record of securing sponsorships, brand partnerships, endorsement deals, licensing agreements, and commercial collaborations.

·       Strong network across brands, advertisers, media agencies, sponsorship agencies, athlete managers, and the broader sports marketing ecosystem.

·       Experience working with sports properties such as clubs, leagues, tournaments, events, or sports agencies, along with athlete representation and talent management.

·       Ability to independently prepare partnership decks, sponsorship proposals, commercial presentations, pricing strategies, and customized brand integration opportunities.

·       Experience identifying, pitching, and onboarding new sponsors while building and managing a healthy pipeline of prospective brands and commercial partners.

·       Proficiency in maintaining partnership pipeline trackers/CRM, including outreach status, meetings, proposals, negotiations, closures, renewals, and revenue forecasting.

·       Experience managing athlete and talent commercial opportunities, including endorsements, appearances, brand campaigns, licensing, and long-term representation.

·       Strong negotiation, contract management, partner servicing, and relationship management skills, with a focus on renewals and long-term commercial growth.

·       Good understanding of digital marketing, branded content, influencer marketing, social media, experiential marketing, and hospitality as commercial revenue channels.

·       Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
