Role Purpose Statement
To lead Global SAP OTC team to manage operation support activities of Bunge. This role is responsible for delivering various AMS activities related to support, enhancements and transformation initiatives while ensuring standardized, efficient and compliant procurement processes.
Main Accountabilities
- Lead SAP OTC & industrial team of 15-20 members (incl. externals) and support currently implemented SAP solutions for Bunge.
- Lead and drive the successful delivery of projects, strategic initiatives, and key functional deliverables from the GCC, ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Provide functional expertise for SAP solutions supporting SAP OTC processes across product lines specifically in Agri business.
- Lead SAP Industrial (PP PM QM) consultants.
- Assist in the evaluation, definition, design and approval of SAP modifications and enhancements in OTC areas.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
- Allocate tasks, manage workload, and monitor team performance.
- Monitor SLA compliance and service quality metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Promote SAP best practices and digital transformation initiatives.
- Support audit and compliance activities.
- Lead and mentor SAP P2P consultants, analysts, and support teams. Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Support capability development, training, and succession planning.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business users, procurement leaders, and finance stakeholders.

Technical
- Deep understanding of OTC flows.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution including Order to Cash processes, Contracts, Pricing, Logistics Execution, Master Data, and transportation module.
- Must have expertise in below areas of SAP SD:
- Billing & Invoicing
- Idoc EDI knowledge
- Delivery process
- Order management
- Pricing
- Interface knowledge
- Shipping process
- Good knowledge of SAP Production Planning, Quality Management, Plant Maintenance modules.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Total 15+ years of SAP Finance experience with strong expertise in SAP FI CO.
- Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience managing global SAP support teams.
- Experience in SAP S 4HANA, migration, or transformation projects.
- Proven experience working in global delivery and stakeholder management environments.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
